AIAuditor provides a cloud-based audit management platform that enables organizations to plan, execute, and manage audits across various compliance standards.

You are responsible for:

- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose

- Upload malicious code or content

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or restrict access to the service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.
8. Payments and Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIAuditor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIAuditor from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
